Nuedesk Technology Limited (“Nuedesk”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides customer engagement, ticketing, and live chat solutions to businesses (“Company”, “you”, “your”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about Companies that use our platform and services.
1.1 For a Company using Nuedesk, we collect and use your business information to provide you access to our platform, deliver services, and help you manage customer communications efficiently.
1.2 This Company Privacy Policy should be read together with our Customer Privacy Policy and Visitor Privacy Policy, which describe how we process information relating to your customers and visitors.
